On 6 December 2010 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that EPSON NEW ZEALAND LIMITED be liquidated and that Grant Barry Meikle, chartered accountant of Nelson, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 6 December 2010 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidator hereby fixes 28 December 2010 (being a date not less than 10 working days from the date of this notice) as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
