Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 7 September 2010, Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic were appointed liquidators of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
On 3 December 2010, Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic resigned as liquidators and at 10.55am, Grant Edward
Burns, chartered account of Auckland, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators by the High Court pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act.
We fix 17 January 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
