Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that CANTERBURY ELECTRICAL LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 November 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 29 November 2010 at 10.00am.
