Robert John Willis, of CST Nexia Limited, Chartered Accountants, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 23 November 2010 at 12.00 midday, pursuant to section 241(2)(a).
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 15 December 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded
from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
