Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 23 November 2010, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ROBSONS CUSTOMS BROKERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Richard Langlands, of Hamilton, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 23 November 2010 at 12.00 midday.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator has fixed
16 December 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such a claim is made.
