Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Grant Edward Burns and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of QUDOS LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 November 2010 at 11.18am.
We fix 24 December 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
