Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries and Henry David Levin, insolvency specialists, replaced John Gilbert, insolvency practitioner, as joint and several liquidators of
HIGHER DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation), PERCENT GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation), SALES DYNAMICS LIMITED (in liquidation), IN HOUSE BROKERS LIMITED (in liquidation) and EQUITYTRAIN LIMITED (in liquidation), all on 26 October 2010 at 1.45pm.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 20 December 2010 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
