Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on 15 November 2010 at 11.08am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Digby John Noyce and Keith Mawdsley, of RES Corporate Services Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EMRE ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) by order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 15 December 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
