Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 29 October 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CHALLENGE PLASTICS LIMITED be liquidated and that Alison Margaret Lemon, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 29 October 2010.
