On 29 October 2010 at 11.10am, the shareholders of SERVICE FOODS (DUNEDIN) LIMITED and FROZEN DIRECT LIMITED passed special resolutions putting the companies into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the companies.
