Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2) of
the Companies Act 1993, Simon Thorn and David Ruscoe, insolvency practitioners of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed liquidators of R E MORRIS LIMITED by the governing director.
The liquidation commenced on 9 November 2010 at 9.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix
30 November 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their
claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
