Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ID LIMITED by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 November 2010 at 10.30am.
We fix 10 December 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
