Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that NELSON BAYS DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies 1993, on 3 November 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 3 November 2010 at 10.09am.
