Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that BLUFF FARMED OYSTERS LIMITED
(in receivership and in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 October 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins, of Insolvency Management Limited, and Kerran William Larson, of Larson & Associates, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 28 October 2010 at 10.25am.
