Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that MONDONI LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies 1993, on 18 October 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 18 October 2010 at 10.41am.
