Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
On 3 November 2010 at 10.03am, John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of XTREME COMPOSITES LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 10 December 2010 as the last day on which any creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in any asset is requested to immediately contact the office of the liquidator.
