Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Grant Simpson and David Ian Ruscoe, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton, were appointed liquidators of the companies by special resolution of the companies on 16 December 2009 at the times stated:
- NATIONAL MUTUAL LEASING NZ LIMITED at 2.15pm.
- NATIONAL MUTUAL CPS MANAGEMENT LIMITED at 2.15pm.
- STERLING PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT LIMITED at 2.15pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix
25 January 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
