Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 27 October 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KINCAID LODGE LIMITED be liquidated and that Richard Nicholas Ineson, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 27 October 2010.
