Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 13 October 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that STROGANOFF HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Sam Bassett, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 13 October 2010.
