Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 September 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SELKIRK FARM LIMITED be liquidated and that George Richard Geenty, of Twin City Consultants Limited, Hastings, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 18 October 2010 at 8.36am.
A declaration of solvency has been filed with the Companies Office.
