Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

We, Stephen John Tubbs and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountants, and Jeffrey Robert Hart, insolvency practitioner, all of BDO Chartered Accountants, were appointed joint liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 18 October 2010.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of the above-named companies, we fix 19 November 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
