Grant Edward Burns and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BOXWOOD LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 October 2010 at 10.23am.
We fix 19 November 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
