Notice is hereby given that on 19 October 2010 at 11.07am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act
1993, Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally
as liquidators of HUNTER HILLS LUMBER LIMITED
(in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Timaru.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 10 December 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
