Kevin John Gilligan, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of R.B. & S.J. AITKEN LIMITED, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 19 October 2010 at 8.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 17 November 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
