Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Christine Margaret Dunphy and Andrew Robert Croad were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by orders of the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 October 2010 at 11.10am.
