Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a).
Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, the liquidators are not required to call a meeting of creditors as there are no known creditors at the date of liquidation.
However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidator of that request, in writing, by 29 October 2010.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 12 November 2010 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
