Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Arron Leslie Heath and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of TOLERM LIMITED (in liquidation) and ZARIHS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 13 October 2010, following
the resignation of Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker and Glen David Gernhoefer.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 12 November 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors' Meetings
As it is unlikely there will be distributions to creditors, pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators propose to dispense with the meetings of creditors to consider whether to appoint different liquidators and to consider the views of creditors.
Accordingly, meetings of creditors will not be called unless
a creditor gives written notice to the liquidators within
10 working days of this notice requiring a meeting to be called.
