Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

I, Peter Andrew Smith, was appointed as liquidator of
the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 12 January 2010.
The liquidation commenced on 1 February 2010 at 12.45pm, being the date and time of my consent to the appointment.

make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
