Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Shaun Neil Adams and Ian Charles Thursfield,
of KPMG, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 12 October 2010 at 3.30pm.
The directors have certified that all the above-named companies are solvent.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
The liquidators fix 12 November 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
