Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Eddie Jansen and Bruce Dring were appointed joint and several liquidators of NAVIGATE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 20 January 2010 at 10.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and shareholders, the directors having passed a resolution of solvency.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidators fix 19 February 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
