Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2) of
the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 7 October 2010.
The undersigned does hereby fix 10 November 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
