Kevin John Gilligan, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of WSH TRUSTEES LIMITED, pursuant to section 241(2)(a), on 7 October 2010 at 3.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 5 November 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
