Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Grant Edward Burns and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WEST AND EAST LIMITED in place of Christopher Robert Ross Horton.
The liquidation commenced on 7 July 2010 by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and was transferred to Grant Edward Burns and Richard Dale Agnew on 21 September 2010 at 11.00am.
We fix 21 October 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
