On 1 October 2010 at 11.15am, by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, H U 5 2 LIMITED was placed into liquidation
and Andrew John McKay and Aaron Douglas Walsh of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
We hereby fix Friday 5 November 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
