Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of V FOR HAIR LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 October 2010 at 10.47am.
We fix 15 November 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
