Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 September 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE GREENERY LIMITED be entered into voluntary liquidation and that Anne Lynette Marett, chartered accountant of Croys Limited, Level 2, 161 Burnett Street, Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 September 2010.
