Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 24 September 2010 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that TS LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry Tuck, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 24 September 2010.
