Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 20 September 2010 at 2.00pm, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Stephen Charles Grey, of Chester Grey Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company’s solvency at the date of liquidation.
Notice is given to creditors to make any claims by 8 October 2010 and to establish any priority their claim may have in the company.
