Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 17 September 2010, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ANDREAS CUSTODIANS LIMITED be liquidated
and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 17 September 2010 at 1.00pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 31 October 2010.
