Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of ORCA AIRCONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 22 September 2010 at 11.03am when Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, by order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidator hereby fixes 22 October 2010 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
