Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Angelina Greer and Phillip Harre, chartered accountants of Marton, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of MAUNGATIRO FARM LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders on 21 September
2010 at 11.00am, the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
