Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that DELOREAN HOLDINGS LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 September 2010 to be
put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 6 September 2010 at 4.30pm.
