Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that IGLOO PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 August 2010
to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 20 August 2010 at 10.15am.
