Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Grant Edward Burns and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
17 September 2010 at the times stated below:
- JJ NZ PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.06am.
- T L CAMPBELL & SONS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.03am.
- UNITED ELECTRICAL SERVICES (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.20am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 22 October 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
