Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 September 2010 at the times stated below:
