Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 27 January 2010, the directors of TITAN CONSULTANCY LIMITED resolved:
"That the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts".
Notice is hereby given that on 27 January 2010 at 4.15pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TITAN CONSULTANCY LIMITED be liquidated and that Digby John Noyce and Keith Mawdsley, insolvency practitioners of RES Corporate Services Limited, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 1 March
2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
