Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 September 2010, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE HEATED CLOTHES RACK COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Roderick T. McKenzie, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 1 September 2010 at 9.08am.
The liquidator has fixed 4 October 2010 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
