Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 25 January 2010 at 2.12pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BARRACK ROAD PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 3 March 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
