Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 August 2010 at the times stated below:
- SSS COLORS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.55am.
- FLEET MARINE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.57am.
- ORIENTAL PALACE OF INDIA LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.58am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 15 October 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
