Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 23 August 2010 at 4.00pm, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and Daran Nair, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of NTP PAINTING AND DECORATING SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 28 September 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their
claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting
to the distribution.
